Candice joined Bluewater Real Estate at our Emerald Isle office where she works as a team with her mom (Bebbie Quinones) and Sherry Stanley as Beach Life Properties!
Living in Carteret County and loving the Crystal Coast, Candice has made this beautiful place her home! Emerald Isle is one of the most beautiful places to live and vacation and she feels so blessed to be able to share her love of the Southern Outer Banks with her Husband and 3 grown children.
Candice relocated from California where she worked with Mann Mortgage as a loan processor in Placentia, California and later as a realtor in Yorba Linda, California. Her time working with Mann Mortgage gives Candice the ability to help guide her clients who may not fully understand the lending side.
Candice loves spending time on the boat with her family, attending ECU football games, dancing and spending time with her friends!
